TD2 - Canadian Flag

The TD2 is a great competition paddle that is easy to control and has most of the benefits of our all carbon CD2.
As with all Merlin paddles the shaft is the primary strength member and extends most of the length of the blade.
The TD2 has a glass fibre blade that gives the paddle flex in the last 50mm of the blade. This softens the start of the stoke allowing the paddler more time to get set. The tip springs back at the end of the stroke which helps pull the paddle from the water.
To avoid the problem of edge splitting, the blade materials are wrapped around the foam core prior to molding which creates a very durable edge.
TD2's are an excellent club paddle and we're pleased to offer this limited edition design of the Canadian National Flag.
